2. Products & Handcrafted Nature

 


All Marsh & Pearl products are handcrafted using natural oyster shells sourced from the South Carolina Lowcountry.


Because of the natural materials and handmade process:

 

  • No two pieces are exactly alike

  • Variations in shape, texture, color, and finish are expected and celebrated

  • Product photos are representative, not exact replicas

 


These natural variations are not considered defects.

 

 

 

3. Made-to-Order & Custom Items

 


Many of our items are made to order or customized specifically for you.


By placing an order, you acknowledge:

 

  • Production times may vary

  • Custom and made-to-order items cannot be changed, returned, or refunded once production has begun

 

 

 

 

4. Pricing & Payment

 


All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.


We reserve the right to:

 

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Cancel orders resulting from inaccuracies or errors, including pricing or availability

 


Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

 

 

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

 


Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Marsh & Pearl is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

 

 

6. Returns, Refunds & Damage Claims

 


All sales are final.


If an item arrives damaged during shipping:

 

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photographic proof of the damage and packaging is required

 


If approved, a replacement may be sent at the sole discretion of Marsh & Pearl. Refunds are not issued for shipping damage.

All content on this site—including text, images, product designs, logos, and branding—is the property of Marsh & Pearl and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

 

 

 

8. Limitation of Liability
