Refund policy
All sales are final. Due to the handcrafted and often made-to-order nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for review, you must provide clear photographic proof of the damage, including the item and original packaging.
If approved, a replacement may be sent at the sole discretion of Marsh & Pearl. We do not guarantee replacements and do not issue refunds for shipping damage.
